I’ve had the opportunity to follow Baby Noah’s life from his baby shower, newborn photos and now his baptism. Noah is the son of Justin and Farah Holmes who I’ve been shooting the past year for all various projects and events. They are a pleasure to work with and always a happy family. Baby Noah was baptized at the Culver City church on a rainy Sunday. Shooting inside the church presented a few challenges because I was not able to get close to the subjects during the ceremony and there was not much light to work with in there. I had to trust my tried and true speed light flash to light up everyone during the ceremony. After the ceremony was complete we took some photos with everyone having their chance to hold Baby Noah. After the baptism part was done we were on our way to the awesome Buca di Beppo Italian Restaurant in Santa Monica where everyone stuffed themselves until they could not move. I’d like to thank Farah and Justin for inviting me to capture the once in a life time moment of their precious child.
